Authorization under HWM Rules will be decided, along with consent application, with the time period specified against said of the item above.
Category I - which do not require installation of pollution control device(s) such as Emission Control System (ECS) or Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Sewage Treatment Plant(STP)
Category II - which require installation of pollution control device(s) for controlling pollution in emission / effluent
- SPIs /STPs of DJB,WTPs of DJB,CETPs / Power Plants / MSW Plants etc.
- Other than those falling under clause (a).
