Power Delegation (New Delhi, the 15th March, 1991)
S.O. 198(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4, Clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Central Pollution Control Board delegates all the powers vested in the said Board under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, in respect of the Union Territory of Delhi to the under mentioned committee specified by the Central Government :
