As per directions of Hon'ble NGT four committees for the districts have been formed which shall inspect RWH system (Office order is attached herewith. ) |
- Information for all Industries/Units using Ground Water - Consent to Establish / Operate / Renewal application will not be accepted without the proof of permission from CGWA/DJB/NDMC for drawing/extraction Ground Water through Borewell or Tubewell w.ef 27th May 2014.
- Tabular status and Inspection report of inspection carried out by DPCC along with other agencies of different rain water harvesting installed by various department authorities agencies in pursuance of honourable NGT,M.A no. 808 OF 2013 IN Original Application No. 94 of 2013 , Vikrant Kumar Tongad Vs.
