NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th June, 2002
S.O. 640(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4, Clause(4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No. 14 of 1981), as specified by the Central Government, the Central Pollution Control Board hereby re-constitutes of the Committee whose constitution was notified by a notification published in the Gazette of India vide S.O. No. 198(E), dated 15-3-1991 in respect of the Union Territory of Delhi (known as National Capital Territory of Delhi). The reconstituted Committee is as follows:

- This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
- The notification published in the Gazette of India vide S.O. No. 198(E), dated 15-3-1991 stands rescinded.
